Original 1940's Porcelain Coca-Cola 6' Sled Sign
This sign is in good condition and has been embellished with a frame/hanger to replicate signs that would h ave be en used in the 40's & 50's to advertise the "corner store's" pharmacy and soda fountain. Not to worry, the integrity of this sign was not compromised one bit, in fact no modifications were made to the sign and, if desired, the removal of a few screws can allow for the separation of the frame from the sign.
Additionally, LED backlights with a wired remote switch have been added to further enhance the beauty of this overall sign. Please look carefully at the pictures to capture the detail of both the sign and it's frame. Although there are a few places where the porcelain has chipped away, the shine is amazing! A wall mount is also included to allow for quick installation.
The overall dimensions are 3' high x 6' long and it stands away from the wall 1" to allow for the lighting from behind (the overall depth is 4 3/4"). This is a must have for anyone who collects coke memorabilia, not to mention that it's a one-of-one. A lthough this is a stunning sign, I have no intention of replicating it.
