DRINK COCA-COLA FISHTAIL MENU BOARD HANGING SIGN- MASONITE - 29. Wood, metal & masonite & paper. Coca Cola wanted their logo everywhere. This cool menu sign would have been right at home at your local soda fountain or local lunch place. With ten slots available, the owner could put what was on the menu without having to deal with lots of paper menus laying around.
This one does have all the original menu slats (RARE). Remember the days of 10 cent Coke? Dating from the late 1950's or early 1960's because of the fishtail logo. This fishtail style of sign is highly popular and sought after by collectors due to its limited lifespan. Great patina and an over all scarce, rare piece of Coca-Cola advertising history!
Great addition to your collection or as an investment. 29 long (with 1 ¼ to be added for metal hangers). ¾ thick at top & bottom (gold wood edges).
