50's Coca-Cola Waterfall Countertop Advertising Coke Sign Motion Light-Up Works
We have for sale a vintage, original Coca-Cola (Coke) fully working, illuminated, motion countertop advertising sign. Although the slogan The Pause That Refreshes was used by the Coca-Cola Company starting in 1929, the style of this item points to a manufacture date of around the 1950s. The bottom says Please Pay When Served. The left-hand side of the sign says PAUSE and REFRESH with the image of pine trees along the top and a second image of a waterfall pouring down towards the bottom of the sign. When lit the waterfall glitters and creates a lovely image of water moving and cascading over the waterfall. The base and framework are metal and the sign is very heavy. The metal retains a good portion of its original patina. We have not polished it. The plating on the rear of the sign does show some surface wear (please see the photos taken in a setting outside in natural daylight). The sign measures 19.5 inches across, 4. 74 inches deep and is 8.75 inches tall. It is in full working order and the original glass is in excellent shape. There are no cracks to the glass or metal framework.

The red behind Drink Coca-Cola when. Does have some fading appropriate to the age, and there is some slight paint loss in the white lettering (please review all photographs).

He paint has not been retouched. Rear, the sign says Price Bros. And Inspected electric sign, form 1. This would make a wonderful and important addition to any vintage advertising or Coca-Cola collection.
