How many of these have you seen, either complete or a piece at a time? This is the first one l've ever seen in my 20+ years of collecting. The last pic shows how it could be displaced. Some had arrows and some didn't. I don't know if this one did. As you can see in the pictures, there are issues. The UL tag is almost gone, the 9 1/2 inch plastic button is faded and has scratches. The 16 inch metal button has some scratches and scuffing.

The metal rods l think have been repainted and has one weld come apart. Does not hurt the displayabity. The electric cord and socket has been replaced by a professional electric business. The outside ring is around 20 inches in diameter and the straight rods are around 30 inches long.
