EXTRA-LARGE! 30 x 50 Coke Cardboard Sign POSTER 1944 WWII Just Like Old Times

Likely one of only a few remaining of this original 1944 poster! This oversized Coca-Cola poster dates to the height of WWII.

An American solider shares a light-hearted moment with his lady over a cold Coke and gets some relief from the fraught nature of war. A very cool Zeitgeist piece that is all original! This lithograph is mounted on the original cardboard backing.

The back of the cardboard is also papered. This large lithograph was used as advertisement at the Sparkle Supermarket in Grafton, Ohio and is original to that store. Condition: GOOD (+) Numerous signs of use and wear, including fading, creasing, hanging holes, and some closed and open tears, especially to the right-hand side. Right hand side has a few scotch tape repairs. Cardboard backing is creased in the bottom middle, so the poster cannot stand upright.
