Old Original Coca-Cola Coke Soda Fountain Cardboard Advertising Signs

This large group of old Coca-Cola signs came from an old drug store that was in business from the mid 1940s through 1980. The drug store included a classic soda fountain operating all those years serving soda drinks, sandwiches, soups and ice cream. There were about 20 tall stools lined up along a tall counter and on the facing back wall up high, these signs were lined up going across end-to-end, slid into a thin wood frame to advertise the fountain menu. The assortment of signs here reflects the changes in advertising through all the years. All of the cardboard ones were used and show some fading, discoloration or slight bend creases to varying degrees.

The newer paper stock ones were not used but were apparently stored away casually and show some discoloration. The dimensions of most of the cardboard signs are 7in x 22in. A few newer ones are 7in x 24in. The larger, newer signs in the back are not cardboard but just heavy paper stock. The ones on the left fold out to 22in x 28in. There are two of those. The ones on the right are 14&1/2in x 17&1/2in. These are actually two-sided with the same ad on the other side. Looks like maybe they were designed to hang from a wire line and display from two directions? There are two of those along with a third which is the same ad but one-sided and which has directions to be folded over some thick cardboard backing to display as a free-standing ad.
